The Lawn in front of the Pentagon - June 15, 1961
We made two flights here, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Both were translational of some 100 yards, but the morning flight included clearing a parked sedan. The Pentagon personnel were lined up along the length of the building facing the roadway.
Every once in a while, the Discovery Channel shows a clip called "Flying Contraptions" or some such, that includes a video of this flight.
