The Bell Aerosystems Public Relations Department subscribed to a newspaper 'clipping service' that sent Bell a copy of each newspaper article concerning Bell's products. Bell's public relations department - notably Al Spindler - put together a 40 page press book displaying clippings regarding the belt from various newspapers around the country.
